Build A Simple Responsive Bootstrap Giveaway Site

I'm looking for a developer with expert knowledge in bootstrap to build a website application which hosts giveaways, which can be setup in the backend of the application. It must be possible to create unlimited giveaways, which will each have their unique URL. Each giveaway will need to have: - A countdown timer - A main headline - An image of the item up for giveaway - An email signup box (name + email address) This will be sent to an autoresponder by adding the HTML signup code in the backend. - Social sharing buttons (Facebook share button & tweet button) - A 'Buy it now' button - A section for the competition rules - Ability to add a page background - Ability to customize the colours on the page - All generated pages for the giveaways will need to be 100% responsive - Footer links to all open up in a lightbox which can be closed. Backend must have ability to add up to 7 footer links (See attached for a rough idea of page layout) The backend will need to be in an area only accessible by logging in, and I should be able to create individual user accounts, which can have full access to the page builder system. I will also need to be able to manage all users accounts from here. I'll provide the page design, and what the backend should look like. I will need the ability to be able to download each giveaway page, so that it can be uploaded to a different domain, and maintain all of it's functionality. I will need the ability to add code to each individual page (header & footer section).
