Build a Reminder Service Website

We are looking for a website designer / coder who can complete our project from start to finish. We need someone who can design the logo, the website and also the code required to make the website work. The logo itself should have the text "MOT Reminder" along with some kind of car symbol or spanner etc that makes it look like it is car related. As far as the site is concerned, it needs to look very professional, light in colour, fresh and clean. The site itself is a free reminder service, that allows people to enter their Car Registration, Make, Model, MOT due date and email address. They then select how many days before they would like an email (on the day, 5 days before, 7 days before, 14 days before or 30 days before) and the system automatically emails them with the following message at the interval they have specified :- "Your MOT for Vehicle Registration ??????? (MAKE / MODEL) is due in xx days. Kind Regards - Click here to UNSUBSCRIBE" So, they can click unsubscribe in the reminder email and it will completely remove their entry from the database. They should also be able to enter their email address and registration on the homepage to unsubscribe, the unsubscribe form should not be case sensitive and so will still find the record if upper case or lower case is used. We need some kind of simple admin area where we can login (securely) view / remove entries. Your coding needs to be tight and easily modifiable for any other coder that we employ, it needs to be secure and so not easily hacked. The email address field needs to have simple validation to check it is likely to be a correct address, make and model will be free typed by the user as well as registration, the date needs to be in UK format (dd/mm) from drop down boxes - no year required as it will be the same every year. The number of days should also be from a drop down box. The pages will be as follows :- 1. Home Page - All of the above as well as some introductory text (to be supplied) 2. Contact Us Page - This will have a contact form which contains fields for name, email address and comments. It must be secure, so not easily hacked allowing others to use it for SPAM etc. The contents will be emailed to us. The page will also have our email address. 3. Terms & Conditions Page - Details will be supplied (just text)
