I just need a one page landing page for my income tax preparation business. I need it to have a scheduling form which will have fields such as name, email address, phone number, date client wishes to schedule an appointment and the time the client wishes to schedule the appointment. Page should be very professional and clean and the theme should emphasize the income tax preparation business. I will supply the video, picture and wording which I would like placed on the site. I would also like a logo established, I am a new business. I also would like the landing page to be capable of changing languages, especially Spanish.
