Scope 1) The project consists of two parts: The website and the Web Application. Part one will facilitate five different users with different needs in the front. Part two will manage data in the back end. The purpose of this website is to entice property owners to register for free and promote their properties for sale or lease off-market utilizing syndicate feed to promote their assets everywhere. The property owner’s ultimate goal is to attract property buyers who are currently in the market in search of properties for sale or lease. These buyers will then register for free to utilize the website. These traffics will then become a marketing tool for leads for third party services in the real estate industry for real estate professionals such as: Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers and Escrow Officers. Third party services must subscribe to monetize the website to receive leads in their desired zip codes. Part two will process all the activities in the back end.
