Booking Widget

**Introduction** This is in no intent meant to be a requirement document as the scope of this project is really small. Instead this is more of guidance to what we are looking for as a final product. The so called widget is a piece of code that will enable a user to put in start date, end date, passenger information and submit to a third party site that will take the parameters and produce a travel package that matches it. The scope of this project is only to develop the widget not the interaction with third party system. **Mockup and Product** We would like to see a couple of mockups on suggested designs for the widget, the color schema used should be neutral enough to blend in with various colors as the background on this site is a background picture with gradient colors (I can send example). So task one is Mockups followed by the final product. Our stakeholders/client looks at [login to view URL] and the rest of the resorts at [login to view URL] as the guidance. Following this for most of the projects you will be doing for us is key. **Guideline/Requirements** ? The Widget will be applied to a DNN environment. ? Design Guidelines / Requirements: ? Color: flexible ? Dimensions: vertical = W250px - H150px, horizontal = W475px - H100px ? Fonts: Web fonts ? Style Search button ? Style form inputs ? Style form selects ? Input fields = from, depart date, return date ? Select fields = Number of Rooms, Adults, Children ? Style Calendar (provided in zip file) ? Function Guidelines/Requirements o Client Side validation required o Date validation Required before submission (format eg. MM/DAY/YEAR) o Depart Date & Return Date format - MM = 2 digit with leading zero, DAY = 2 digits with leading zero, YEAR = 4 digits o Required fields before submission = From , Depart Date, Return Date, Number of Rooms, Adults, Children o If non-air package, then hide the "From" field o Calendar requirements, layer or pop up o Need children ages, so if user selects children - review **Schedule and additional projects** Need time and cost estimate by today/tomorrow. Additional projects will be a) same flash function as shown on beaver creek hero picture/flash. The content needs to be managed by XML (or even better let me know the cost difference). We will provide the images needed for this one. Please provide time and cost estimate fo this type of project. Another project is the trip planner, this is more of an actual project and I should have requirements for this in 2 days. You agreed to a $500 project price tag on this one via vWOrker, but not sure if you prefer to work via vWOrker or just direct, let me know. We are also looking for someone that will help with implementation of design as well as cuxstomization and configurations on Ventrians modules, Active Social, DNN Event modules etc. You have stated a $15/hour price for this. What it comes down to is that we are willing to test you guys out, but we sure hope to have a long lasting relationship. **NDA** I will need you to sign an NDA prior to share information beyond what this email covers - I hope this is not an issue? **Communications** Need to have daily communications via Skype as well as status updates so that we can manage risk in this project. In addition:** ** The dnn module will/shoudl react on the data input e.g. if the user selects a hotel package, no reason to show the departure airport section...if the user selects children need them to specify what age of children and if <2 specify in lap or in seat if an air inclusive package has been selcted....in the settings of the module it would be great to be able to specify Limited or Full version, if the admin selects to install wiht the limited version then only Start date, end date, Adult and child would be required - we would specify what package type woudl be default. we should be able to specify what attributes are needed and default certain other attributes. A good example of this widget is www.pandaonline.com. They have more than we need in the parameters, but gives you a good example. So admin setting will be able to define default fields, the css look and feel etc.** **
