Apartment building name and logo

In Denver, Colorado, we are building a modern micro-unit apartment building in a vibrant, fun neighborhood surrounded by local shops and restaurants on a tree-lined street. This well-established Denver neighborhood is surrounded by historic homes and buildings and this building specifically is right on a bike lane leading into downtown Denver. Each apartment will be approximately 250-400 square feet and it will be a 5-story building with a rooftop patio overlooking the Denver skyline. Units will have full, modern kitchens and bathrooms, a spacious feel with 12’ ceilings as well as a large common area on the first floor for tenants to enjoy. We believe that our future apartment dwellers will be embracing the tenets of minimalism - Living deliberately with less; biking, walking or using mass transportation; Using their money for experiences or travel instead of rent, etc. We are looking for a name and logo for the project that embraces this special community building and the people who will be living in it. People who want to live more simply, appreciate an affordable apartment and who only keep possessions that bring joy and value to their lives. The name and logo should be modern, simple, easy to remember and reflective of a "life edited"/minimalism. Any colors can be utilized for the logo design. Project total - $300
