Accessories & Tatto Shop

Hi I am looking to open a accessories and Tattoo shop in one of the biggest malls in Delhi and I have to send a presentation to show my vision to the mall. I am looking for something like a large kiosk which I am going to design and setup or they will be giving me a shop. Please use your imagination and create a 3d presentation of the shops look and interior design, just to give you an idea we will have 12 feet X 15 feet of space approximately and there will be a small cabin for tattoo making that we need to design, rest of the space will be used for the counter and accesories I am not sure which program will be used to make the presentation, please keep it short & impactful.
