Create a Drupal Website

I would like an estimate based on the following scope. 1.) Drupal 7 CMS. Site architecture needs to utilize the CMS features... blog module where appropriate, views, blocks, nodes etc. implemented properly to maximize the strength of the CMS. 2.) Responsive layout. Here's a relevant example: [login to view URL] Take a look at that on a couple of devices, please. 3.) As mentioned, flat .psds will be provided for slice/dice. I've included a sitemap for reference. the site is small. There's a Media section that can use Easy Blog. The Floorplans section will need to be active. See notes in .pdf. Design is still TBD.
