The company is Concord Management Properties. They rent out and sell single family homes and manufactured homes. They have several locations over a couple of different states. They have 1 main website, with about 8-10 secondary sites that will eventually have to "branch" off of the first one. For the main site, we were hoping to use this template; [login to view URL] or something very similar to it. Although we would like to remove the box shown in the bottom/middle of the home page and replace it w/ this image; [login to view URL] and also completely remove the "search bar" at the bottom of the home page. We have several properties for rent and sale that we would like to list (with images) at the bottom section of the home page. The customer should then be able to click on each individual image to bring up further details/pics of the home. We would like the menu bar for this site to read, "Home Pg., Homes for Rent, Homes for Sale, Locations, About Us, and Contact Us" ideally. Under the "Locations" portion of the menu bar, that should be able to pull up a drop down menu when you hover over the word "locations" which would then show them all other locations, with corresponding links to take them to said location's website. For now we are focusing on the main website only of [login to view URL] and we will get back to the secondary websites after this is done.
