I have not only experience in website designs, and have made some myself, but I also love designing them and have a lot of un doing it. I actually made my own music website on my own to demonstrate not only my skills, but the personality of the band. I understand that it is not only the creative side that goes into designing a website, but there needs to be a mutual understanding with the personality and feel of the music and the way the website conveys that message. I have a love of music and would have fun making this template. I will start by understanding the project, sketching ideas, and then creating a mock up in illustrator.
