Design a Website Mockup bin collection service

I am looking at starting a website that involves people signing up to a weekly fee of $1 and entering their details essentially signing up to a reminder service for when their garbage bins need to be placed outside. They need to be able to enter their details including name, email address, mobile number and the days of the week their different bins need to go out. Bins would include recycling, garbage and green waste bins. I would probably like a title page explaining what it is and why they would want the service, a sign up page and a contacts page but I do not know much about website design so you may like to work with a different set of pages which works better. Feel free to ask any more questions if needed.
