Build a portfolio website

An experienced web designer / developer required to build a portfolio website in Wordpress. I already have my own url and website hosting set up. I need a site designed and developed in wordpress with wordpress functionality and plugins so I can promote my skills to potential employers and clients, blog, maintain my content, and send out newsletters. I have sufficient wordpress, CSS and html skills to maintain a site. What I need is help getting the initial website design and development up and running. The requirements: - a "one page" site created in wordpress - a compelling and attractive homepage that the user lands on that highlights my skills (technical writing and information design - i will supply more detail) - the site must be able to be downloaded and printed as an attractive pdf to use for job applications. You must provide instructions to me so I can configure the pdf generation. - i would like parallax functionality demonstrated on the homepage space where the user lands. - content areas for - about me - my knowledge, skills and experience - a blog space with comment functionality - a contact form The site must be able to be handed over to me to maintain. Handover must include support documentation and instructions. I will not pay in full unless this documentation is received.
