Create Training Video from a PowerPoint Presentation

I have a PowerPoint presentation for a client outlining how a process works. I would like to convert this into a video to be run from my web site. It will be between 5 - 7 minutes in length, and will need to have the existing explanations simplified into some basic text and animation. We can supply voice talent, but need the graphics side. The client system is educated, corporate, mid-career, and sophisticated. Business English is a must, and corporate appropriate imagine is required. Must have demonstrated performance record.
