We are a online women's ( e-commerce ) store which is looking for 2 new super stars to join our Day team. Your Role: Email support: replying to customers regarding there order/refund or enquiring about a product. Live Chat: Our live chat can get busy at times and we need someone who can handle and LOVES working at a fast pace to make the day smoother. Social Media: Facebook / Pintrest / Google+ You will need to have 100% experience using these platforms and proof of other roles you have been in will need to be provided. Genreal Admin: Your day will never be dull. You will be in contact with our CEO and also your fellow work mates on Skype. To Apply for this role you MUST have flaunt english, be on Skype at all times, Excellent internet connection and most of all be ready to bring your ideas and talents to the table to grow our company. We are looking for 2 Customer Service Representatives that will grow with us. So if you are experienced and can bring something to the team please apply and use the word ''Pineapple'' in the header so I know you have read this and are keen on the role. Good day! Im very interested to do this project. I worked as admin support for almost four years in one of the outsourcing company here in the Philippines. I did similar to this project and the client was very happy with my work and decided to give me a couple of projects after that. Starting the proposal with Pineapple as directed. I have been working as an office manager for last 10 years and have excellent communication skills, email etiquette, knowledge about facebook and google+ but never used pintrest. I have a flair for customer satisfaction and am good at handling email communication. I am looking for a long term opportunity and definitely something that can be turned into a full time career. 'Pineapple'' Hi my name is Lisa and I live in South Australia. I am very interested in working and growing with you on this project. I am the customer support person you need. I believe I have a lot to offer you in this role. I live in Australia so the work hours offered are easy for me to manage. I also understand the needs of Australian women. I have excellent communication skills and I have worked from home doing a similar role in the past. In this role I worked for a company that had a business listing website I sold advertising space for the website using my telesales skills but also provided customer support by replying to email queries, live chat and telephone. My role also included using Skype daily to communicate with colleges. I still have a Skype account and use it regularly so I am very familiar with how to use it. I also had to upload the advertising content for the clients using the website using the back door of the website regularly to do this. I am fairly new to Freelancer.com so I have not been rated yet. However, I have won my first project job on here recently which I am currently working on which is ongoing. It is only a small job requiring only about an hour or two of my time each week so I would easily be able to work this role as well. I really am looking for a long term role like this. I am a hard working, driven person with a friendly yet professional manner. A sense of humour too:) I look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
