Designer Needed to Design Professional Leaflets

Hello We are currently running few websites and looking for a professional designer or a team of designers. we would like someone to look at our website and design a leaflets, business cards and newsletters for us. Currently we want only designer to design these for us. We are only looking for one website at the moment so if we liked the designer work then we can go ahead and request the designer to design the leaflets for remaining websites as well. Please keep in mind that we will only accept the bid after someone can present us different ideas because most designer only change the color scheme and they think that this is a different layout/design.
