customer can go into website and send request to us for their requirement. say example... to pick up something from customer.. then I should able to view 1- name of the customer 2- date of request 3 time of request 4 items requested by customer 5 prefer date and time of pick up of item from customer 6 customer address 7 customer mobile number customer may log in frequently to submit their request. They may create there own user id and password or may not be also.. Customer may give our website details to their friends. So we should be able to track to whom they have given information of our website. Once that customer is log in and submit their requirement then that requirement will be under the customer who gave our info to his friend.
