Create a platform for a lawyer agency

I am looking for a guy who can programm a platform on which lawyers are presented. - There shall be a search functionality with different parameters and a "circle search" to find lawyers that are located next to xx km of the own location. - Lawyers can register themselves (double opt-in) - Lawyers can login on the site. - Lawyers can modify their own profile - Lawyer can change their password. Functionality of Admin area: -------------------------------------- - User administration (new creation, delete, ban) - Set the price per year for the membership - Change legal data as imprint, etc. - Add new categories (and values) lawyer can use on their profil site and change / delete them Other functionality: -------------------------- - After registration and after 12 month, a PDF invoice is emailed to the lawyer automatically for the membership. In the admin, there can be set a mail adress to which the invoice is sent as blindcopy. - The text of the invoice mail can be changed via admin DESIGN: ------------ The design shall be simple but appealing. Rights: ---------- After payment, I get the exclusive usage rights for the platform, including subcontracting or sublicensing. The programmerer declares that his name does not have to be named. In case, elements of third parties are used for the platform, I need to priorily confirm this usage after checking the rights status.
