Build a Website

I want to build a website that does a few things: - Allows me to write blogs for human resources professionals - Allows me to post human resources jobs - Allows me to create a human resources user profiles from scraped LinkedIn human resources profiles. The user profile will be created by analyzing years of human resources work experience by title, function and industry, education, human resources skills and geographic location. Based on the analytics, I would like to access the following information from the website: - a general human resources profile for each job title that includes years of average human resources experience by job title (human resources generalist, human resources business partner, human resources manager, human resources director, human resources vp), and skills (recruiting, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, labor relations, employee relations, reorganizations, M&A, HRIS, restructuring, and change management). - a general profile by geographic location, by industry, by job title, and by company I want the website to allow human resources professionals to enter their years of work experience by job title, company, industry, skill sets and geographic preferences. And save their profiles on the website. I imagine this would be an ongoing project to make improvements, changes or build additional websites.
