Build a Website -- 2

Hi, looking for a web developer who can build me a simple website that is similar to the social networking site like Facebook, this was already done once here at freelance but need to redo it again. with option of following :- Website Options :- * Sign and Login * User Database * On Screen Name ( First Name Last Name ) Options for different users in their pages :- * Individual user Pages where they display there contents * Share Images * Share Videos * Share Links * Option with whom to share the Images, videos links etc ( share with only friends , with Groups , with all etc ). * Post Events * Make Groups * Chat * Voice Chat Options for Group Admin * Invite Member to his Group * Eject Member from his Group * Assign Multiple Group Admin Also I should be able to control all of it and there should be simple option where in I can put few adds the different pages, for me to help the website keep running. Also will need your help in suggesting what type of web space I should take, I am planning to go with [login to view URL] to register my domain name its in process of finalizing the name.
