Build a Website

I need a website for a product info, the layout of the product page is attached. All elements of the pages needs to be editable from the admin area. The website will have the following pages: Index page Product page (layout image attached) Product directory Users directory User page ...... User page & login area ...... detailed Admin area. ................. Any cms should be fine Design needs to be inline with 2014 design (simple, clean, elegant) The coding needs to be clean (it will be checked) Interactive icons on the product page The site needs to be kind of open source so things can be added to it with time. website must be mobile & table friendly and adjust in size with mobile & tablet users. May require to grab some data from other websites to fill the product page (using web bots to get some data from online websites) This is a small project so don't exceed the bidding limit $30 - $250 $20 milestone will be ready for the first draft & the remaining on stages until project complete. You will be working on customers server ftp & database details will be provided. Future updates will be available at agreed cost. further details will be provided with the right developer.
