I need someone who is both skilled in programming and databases as well as e-mail marketing and deliverability. I currently have 500,000 contact spread across 6 CRM's, ranging from Aweber to Constant Contact to E-mail Delivered. It has become so cumbersome to manage these that I need a single account if possible that maintains an excellent reputation with both CRM, but also Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo. This person needs to be skilled in knowing which types of e-mails work best, A/B split testing, segmentation, and more. I already have over 40 e-mail formats across the 6 providers, but we can test these to decide which sequence works best, etc. I am looking for an hourly rate quote. Ideally, this person would be able to work at least 20-40 hours a week for the first month or so, then scale down the hours after that. I need someone easy communication across time zones and frequent phone calls.
