Build a Website for selling real estate

I need a web platform for advertising of real estate. Buyer (i.e. visitors interested in buying a property) shall have to ability to search for properties based on various parameters and to view them in a list and/or on a map. Each entry shall have a detailed page with more pictures and information about the property. Buyers shall also be able to subscribe to email alerts when new entries are added in the database confirming with their requirements. Sellers (i.e. visitors who want to sell a property) shall be able to enlist a new entry at a certain fee. Each listing shall have a minimum amount of information and various voluntary information about the property. Images shall be supported as well as linking to a map feature where the property is indicated on google maps or similar. Seller shall further have the option to pay extra for additional services such as legal assistance, brokerage assistance etc. and these services shall be displayed on the website with links to additional information. Properties for sale and rent shall be supported with partly the same and partly different information about the property. There should be space for "featured" objects that will attract additional fee. There should also be some space for adverts and articles/news. The website must have an appealing look and be very easy to navigate. Ease of administration is also of essence. Payments should be through PayPal, VISA, or bank transfers/cash.
