Build a Simple Sales Script Website

Hi, I’m looking for a web developer to make a reasonably simple website that follows a sales script to be used as a guide for a call centre. The company this is for is called "Never Stop Learning". I've attached a picture that is a flow diagram of how I need the website to be laid out. Each of the pages in the diagram is labelled with a letter and I have a word document that has the corresponding text and information that is needed for that page. The first page is a log in page. The log in page doesn't need to have accounts attached to it. It just needs one log in ID, just to prevent anyone reading the script without permission. After the login page there will be an intro page about the script with a link to a First time user’s page and a link to a Colour Key. After that there is will be the bulk of the website. The script follows an “If Yes -> Page A, If No -> Page B” type of layout. All the information and text for the script will be provided. It is the website build and page design and layout is what I need created. What I need from you in your proposal: A rough design layout of what the one of the script pages will actually look like. I have provided the text for you, but I have no design. The design needs to be simple and easy to follow with links leading the user through the script. I've included our logo for your use, can you use a similar colour scheme to the logo in your design. If you can include a rough mock-up of how you would design the page that would increase your chances of being awarded the project. Simply provide me with link to an image with a short description explaining your rough design; Doing that would help me choose the best person from the job. I’ve included one page of the script that you can use in your page design. It is important that the colours of the words stay the same, I will explain why once you are awarded the project. The rest is up to you. Design it how you think would be best. What I need from you upon being awarded the project: Build the website based on the page you have designed. To be able to work with us to revise the design. We have a few empty pages at the moment. We are still working on the script for those pages and we will send it to you to add to the website.
