Hi Justin, I have look into the website that you provide for comparison and i think they are a nice and good websites. I will try my best to give the best website better than the two you have provided. I will build the website using Laravel PHP framework and I will build everything from scratch. I plan to use Zurb foundation framework for the Frontend structure but this might not work well with IE8 but its good from Tablet and smartphones.
