audio spectrum analysis (spectrogram)(repost)

This spectrogram would be the core unit of a project , and i want something really compatible and common language (C ,c++ etc) in order to re-use this module into a larger project. Spectrogram would output data , to an other analyse module that would find the closes match from a database of pre-analyse audio sequence (once match found, the module would play' the video or .wav file or list display all the closes match whit % details ) -The data receving module-:: This the module that would analyse data given by the spectrogram.
