Custom Logo - REDESIGN

Hi Guys & Gals I need a custom Logo redesigned. My Client had a logo designed previously but the designer would not release the correct files to us so i need to get the image redesigned. I have a copy of the original logo and this new logo needs to look 95% the same. For copyright reasons it should look slightly different but only slightly. I will leave this to you as the designer to decide. I will supply you with a copy of the logo in basic format for you to recreate. I will need you to release ALL IMAGE RIGHTS over to me. You will NOT be able to use this logo on any promotional material in the future and all rights will remain with me. I prefer the logo to be designed in true vector format and I will need the final designs in All standard formats. eps, pdf, png, jpg As i will get quite a high number of responses to this advert from people who do not read the job description i need you to write the code word "blackbird212" in your first response to me. If you do not put this code word i will delete your bid without reading it. The final design will be used for Web, Print, and Clothing so final images need to be high resolution.
