Add text to a photo & alternations

Hello. Got attached logo. I am about to publish a track that i created on youtube, soundcloud etc.. I am going to use this photo as cover-logo of the track.. what i actually want is two things. 1) Add the text "Fly away" with and down of that "Grigoris Varnavas" at the bottom center should also be added the text "Sunset | Lounge" like the 2nd image attached. 2) Create this version like the 2nd image, in order to add it on at my profile as profile picture. So make it smaller.
