Create an offline (probably html) based demo of our web based product which is customizable

The intention of this project is to create an offline, customizable demo which is an accurate representation of the Fizzback solution. The Fizzback product is a feedback solution, which captures both customers ratings and verbatim comments. These results are then analysed and available to our clients on a web based dashboard. The dashboard has a range of functionality including displaying top level scores, a list of all survey responses including comments and other more advanced segmentation and analysis of the results. The demo will be used by our pre-sales engineers to build a realistic representation of what customers would receive if they were to buy the solution. This would only be used for qualified sales opportunities. We therefore not only require a demo environment but also a user interface by which to edit data and elements of the dashboard. This UI needs to be easy to use, and not require technical understanding (although given the complexity of the solution & the average deal size we would expect our pre-sales team to dedicate a reasonable about of time to building each dashboard).
