Create 8 Forms in BreezingForms for Joomla

I have a joomla website and I need you to use BreezingForms to create 8 different forms that will be used by our website visitors to request quotes. Each form is different and will include mostly open text boxes, select boxes (drop down) and radiobuttons. There are about 25 fields in each form and each form has two pages. Some select boxes depend on what you select in another select box, for example if you select a car brand then in the next select you get all the models of cars that brand manufactures. I belive this is accomplished with javascript and can be done in BreezingForms. Everytime someone fills a form it is sent to an email and stored in the database (standard Breezinforms functionality). You must be able to create the form with the design we provide (custom background, fields in certain positions, etc.) If you speak spanish is a plus because all the forms contents will be in spanish, but we can work in english. If you speak spanish you can see the forms in the attached file, if you don't I will provide further explanations in english. You must be familiar with joomla and breezing forms, I don't want HTML forms integrated with iframes to my site or any other suggestion you might have. Thank you.
