Convert multiple documents into 1 PDF using our format

We have 3 documents, that we want to merge into one document. The 3 documents are: 1. EH Free Report - Selecting a Hosting Provider - the 7 Criteria That Must Be [login to view URL] - about 20 pages 2. Service Provider Comparison [login to view URL] - 1 or 2 pages 3. Enterprise Cloud Provider [login to view URL] - 1 or 2 pages 4. Colocation/Data Center Site Evaluation [login to view URL] - about 4 pages The EH Free Report is the primary document. We need to add each of the next 3 documents as Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C in that order. All four documents will need to become combined into one pdf document. The pdf Document needs to be formatted into our existing Free Report Format. I have attached a 5th document called Exploring_the_Cloud-By_Enterprise_Hosting.pdf. This document has all of the formatting that we want to use for the new report we have authored. We want the new report (Selecting a Hosting Provider...) to use the same format as the attached Report (Exploring_the_cloud...). Also, in the document, we need you to create hyperlinks that link to each Appendix. You will see on Page 4 of the EH Free Report, we have listed out the 3 documents. Once you have insterted the 3 documents into this one, we want that list on page 4 to hyperlink to each of the appendix locations for that particular document. We have only included the Exploring the Cloud document for now, as we are concerned about publishing the other documents publicly. If you need the documents to create a bid, please let us know. For the pdf format, we do have what appears to be the original files from the person that created the format for Exploring_the_Cloud. This was done on a MAC, but I cannot guarantee that is going to be helpful, as I don't really know anything about this stuff. I will provide those files if it will help you.
