Design a Banner Set

I'm looking for a competent graphic designer to construct a set of banners to use for promotional advertising. Our company is currently looking to enhance click though rates and increase website traffic and as such we are after some very creative and ENGAGING banners that will make the most of our advertising budget. We would like all the banners to have a theme utilising our logo and preferably featuring some apparel as well. Please get in contact with your ideas. The person we hire for this project will have a lot of experience in this area. They will understand our target market and will also have good knowledge of what styles will increase click-thorough rates. They will also be efficient and deliver upon the project in a timely manner.
