Create a moving diagram

We need a moving/animated diagram to explain our company's solar power management system. It needs to show the concept of how the power is managed through the system. I have attached a rough diagram of what the animation should look like. The animation needs 3 different slides/states, they are: Sunny - Solar power flow is bright (show this in animation with arrows); Mains Electricity is barely used (show this with the arrows also); Output from the Olympus controller is full. Excess energy is drained into the hot water system (show with arrows) Cloudy - Solar power flow is much less (show this in animation with arrows); Mains Electricity is used more (show this with the arrows also); Output from the Olympus controller is full. No excess power flow into the hot water system. Nighttime - Solar power flow is none (show this in animation with arrows); Mains Electricity is full (show this with the arrows also); Output from the Olympus controller is full. No excess power flow into the hot water system. Please show the power flowing to the lights/motors/heaters and small loads in all slides also. Can you please make the video looping if possible. I will accept any format - preferably something that can be view on an iPad or smartphone.
