after effects commercial templates

We need many After Effects templates made, and are willing to pay a fixed price of 200$ per template. The type of template we need is a kind of video display, that will be used as a customizable commercial for small businesses. You will receive a detailed brief of the template we need, and we will have to see and approve design still frames, and then animation references. Each template project may vary in its needs, before committing to a project you should consult with us as to the concept , direction and specific details of the template. The goal is to create an After effects template with several scenes, each scene containing a video placeholder(replaceable video element), text placeholder (replaceable text), or both, and animated elements or backgrounds. No sound is needed. It will be possible to receive from us materials to compose the template such as images, footage or vectors as the need arises. At the end of the project when we are happy with the template we will receive from you a collected After Effects project containing all the media that it contains (Footage, images, etc.) The project should be organized according to our instructions, each composition named correctly and placed in the correctly named folder.
