As mentioned in project description there might be several plans most likely couple plans per week. Based on that I have bidden lower to get the job and do the plans for as long as you need to. So my low bid is mostly to get the job and profit more on the higher number of the plans done. I have bidden based on average of 3500 Sqf plans I have very good command of SketchUp and I have done what you are expecting to be done for presentation of a lot of projects.
