Hello, I have more than seven year of experience of Google analytic and Google Webmaster tools. I had done a lot of similar project in past i can share reference url in further communication. Simply search my profile name(kumarmanish0001) in Google you will see my work and client feedback. Any personal information of user like email id can be tracked in Google analytic but yes if you are passing visitor id in url it can be tracked so i need one example what you want to track.
