hi, im a creative writer. i write fiction, here is a small piece on my book i recently wrote in a contest, which i won. Once upon a time there was a book, so old that no one remembered or read. The book on the farthest shelf of the library held magic with in itself. The book which was so lonely and always craved for a reader but never in thousand years it was touched, covered with piles of dust always ignored, hummed with a magic to be revealed. One day all of a sudden the book heard distant footsteps approaching towards its shelf, the book got excited and filled with magic and then those steps became louder and stopped right in front of the book, the book saw that it was just a little boy, so beautiful so little that it wanted to take him with in itself and get rid of the suffering it endured from centuries. The boy took the book out of the shelf; he felt a little shiver run down his body, he felt a sudden urge to open the book. He cleaned the piles of dust with his hands and then sat on the farthest table of the library, away from the crowd so that he can read in peace. Just as he was about to open the book he felt a little hum, “maybe it’s just my imagination” he thought and slowly and excitingly he opened the book, the book that for a long long time waited for a companion. In a silent library a sudden flash of light from the farthest table startled everyone but as soon as everything was clear to see there was nothing but just an old book lying open on that table.
