American/Dictation/SKYPE/Writing Degree

If you do not have an advanced degree in English writing; STOP HERE! I am an American with a degree in philosophy and many years of peace work and public service. I am working in Korea for the peaceful re-unification of the Korean peninsula. I seek someone with academic writing skills greater than my own. I want someone who can help organize my thoughts and ideas, and make writing easy and enjoyable (and make me seem smarter than I am). Take my raw pre-writing materials, poorly transcribed text from audio recordings (outsourced to India, Pakistan etc.), notes, my incomplete musings, and whatever else I throw at you, and write intelligent, well organized articles. It is the structure and form that I am paying for, not content. I supply 100% of the content. This is my materials that came out of my mind and I don’t like people stepping on me. When Barack Obama, for example, watches the movie (in the future) where the character actor Will Smith plays him, Obama is happy when he sees his own character expressed in Will Smith. When Will Smith acts like Will Smith and not Barack, then Barack is not going to be happy. He may exclaim to his wife, Michele, "that's not me! I don’t act like that or say those words do I?" Even worse, Michelle Obama turns to her husband and says, "That's not you! Will Smith did a terrible acting job; turn the movie off, I don’t want to watch any more”. Get the point? I only want to see my reflection in the mirror of the text or you will be fired before you are hired. I am not interested in articles you have written. I am only interested in how well you work with my philosophical, abstract, metaphorical and figurative language. Anything that does not make sense to you, and you cannot make it make sense, then it is NON-SENSE-delete it. If something does not make sense because you cannot understand my philosophical language, put brackets [ ] around it or move the text to a section at the bottom of the page. Anything you might add to the text that you are unsure if it is something I might say, then put brackets [ ] around it. In other words, make sure to separate me from you. I value your opinion, so feel free to make footnotes. Any quotes or reference material that you know of that will support my argument or viewpoint is valuable to me. Everything must make perfect sense and follow a logical flow. If you are truly interested in peace and social issues then please continue; if not then bow out now. If philosophical, abstract, metaphorical and figurative language confuses you, then stop here. If you are not American and are not familiar with the nuances of American culture, then this work is not for you. If you are excited about the possibility of helping save billions of human lives from needless death, in your life-time, then please continue. If you can put yourself in my shoes and see the world from my viewpoint, then you might have a shot at this prize of a job. SKYPE (with a mic) deal breaker. While working for me this is a constant. Keep your finger on the button or be gone. Ask my opinion on everything. This job depends on how in-tune you are to my frequency of thought. If you are out-of-tune, I don’t what to listen to anything you have to say because it will disturb my mind and mess with my creative flow. The attached file is your job interview.
