An online comic website wants to create the game plans and rules in 3 more fantasy role playing card games involving its characters and stories. All that is needed is that bidders need to be familiar with the game plans and rules of existing fantasy role playing card games such as "Card Fight! Vanguard!", "Magic the Gathering", "World of Warcraft", "Anima", and "Munchkin". There is no need to draw or paint any pictures as such things are being done by other groups of people. There is no need to do any programming either as such things will again be done by other groups of people. What is needed are simply the game plan and the rules involved in each of the 3 fantasy role playing card games.
