Blitzmax MMORPG ENGINE

This is a 3d mmorpg engine made with Blitz3d and was converted to Blitzmax, Needs to be fixed with this stuff I would like the engine to be updated with.\r\n\r\n1. New working game editor, with the following.\r\n 1. Particles System\r\n 2. Projectiles System\r\n 3. A system where you can make players or NPC, Monsters , stuff like that.\r\n 4. Player select system for playing the game, so you can select a 3d player who you want to be and how much points power and be able to type what name you want, stuff like that.\r\n 5. Items where you can make new items for the game.\r\n 6. Abilities\r\n 7. Better terrain system\r\n 8. Animations System \r\n 9. Server Upgrade\r\n 10. Weather System, be able to control weather like, rain, snow, wind stuff like that, in editor\r\n 11. Water System\r\n\r\n2. Would like the models files to be , b3d, x, 3ds,obj,fbx, blender. If those can be done if fbx, blender is to hard to program them in then thats ok.\r\[login to view URL] menu screen where you can register, select player, change what screen sizes you want, what graphics you want, stuff like that, a example like how the realm crafter menu screen is.\r\n4. Working loading screen , checks to see if server is online or offline.\r\n5. Would like put in the engine, animation for wind and rain , so If there is a lot of wind in the game then the grass will move something like that.\r\n\r\nI would like pay $150.00 to do this because must of the engine has this stuff just needs to be working better and updated, when I pick a worker I will send files of engine.
