Avatar Program and Single-User Flash-Based Game

We are creating a website through WordPress/BuddyPress on GoDaddy.com. We need the following two (2) items to be outsourced for us: (1) An avatar program, similar to the one found at [login to view URL], so that users may create a female avatar on our site and upload it directly to their member profile (e.g., choose skin tone, body type, hair, facial features, clothing, accessories, etc.). (2) A single-user flash-based game where the user can create an avatar for the "victim" and use the avatar for a game in which the user throws splatter-type balls and/or whacks the "victim" over the head with a fancy shoe.
