cartoon based animation

Hello sir, i have got an assignment for my last year at the university. The module name is cartoon based animation and i got to do an animation based on my story. Can you please do it for me? The animation should be of 3-5minutes and i got to submit that in a week. The criteria for the assignment is as follows: Markings will be based on: - Voice Acting (How Acting is related to real-life, Recording efforts, Choice of Voice intonation relating to individual characters, Sound Effects) - Overall Movie (Appealing to the audience, respected the initial target, Synchronized, Overall Impact of visual message and presentation, "Camera Moves").
