Convert a image to a Video (Flash/Photoshop)

Hi Bidders, I am selling curtain products through my e-commerce website. I am having an still image attached (living-room-ideas) here I need a freelancer who can convert this picture to a video like put a girl in sofa and give a remote to her show viewers curtains are getting open and and closed after curtains get closed by slow motion reduce light of room and at last show some text in front of curtain. You are free to use either animation or combined some picture and give moment. Its a small budget project If We get satisfied we will provide more project with same functionality. Budget more than 30$ is not acceptable.
