Chnage flash links and logo

I have the flash source file for this [login to view URL] all I will need is for you to email the flash file when you are done and I will put it on the site. I need the menu item and links changed to About Us -> [login to view URL] Services -> [login to view URL] E-Store -> [login to view URL] Contacts -> [login to view URL] Customer Portal -> forward this link to [login to view URL] and then swap out the logo with one I will email also change the link of connect to the world to [login to view URL] Remove the bottom blue bar in the flash, not the gold line but just the dark blue cause Im going to make that html so the phone number can be easily updated.
