Basic Flash Paint Program

I need a paint program very similar to the 'Grafitti' application in Facebook. The program will need to take two parameters. 1) The background image of the canvas to be drawn on. This need only accept a JPG (others are fine too so long as JPEG is acceptable) 2) A unique UserID Presumably when the user saves their data there will be some sort of a post to a PHP script. I will write the piece that interacts with the SQL database. You will need to POST whatever content is necessary to save the file and possibly the UserID too (depending on how you implement this). So in short, I just need the flash piece and will code the rest myself. That's the basics, please contact me for further details. This should be a very straightforward project to a flash developer.
