cornbread and caviar

I'm looking for a redesign on one of my sites I host... I don't have time to re-design it [login to view URL] they like the look of the 2 Flash sites listed below [login to view URL] but with the elegant look of [login to view URL] I have the logo and colors and some drawn out ideas... I'm looking for a "unique" look NOT a TEMPLATE... must be a full flash site w/ flash into like the 2 site listed above... somewhere in the middle of both sites will do... I perfer someone local in the same time zone!!! NEW YORK TIME or CENTRAL Time Zone....
