Amazon web store design

I am looking for someone who can design our amazon webstore for us. We have a photo studio store and would have the following requirements: * Customize the webstore to look professional without it having the feel of being an amazon store. * Ability to rank my webstore in the top google rankings (rank 1 preferrably) using site optimization techniques * Must have CSS ability * Ability to create flash designs to enhance the look and feel of webstore * Logo has already been created, but must be able to adapt design to logo and provide consistency across Buttons, Fonts * Will need the following web pages added to the store: About Us, FAQ, Blog, Policy Statements, Possibly a page to add Youtube videos * Work must be completed in less than 2 weeks. * Site will be in English * DELIVERABLE must not have licensing fees attached to it or encrypted.
