Custom Multiple Video Player

Hello What I require is a flash or HTML5 video player that can play 1-4 videos at a time. I want a video player that plays the videos and the user can switch between the videos seamlessly. I will integrate the player into my web application. I want to specify the video locations either on a xml feed or in the embed code. The idea of the project is that the viewer will be able to switch the view of the action they are watching. We will record the scene from 3-4 different angles then the user will play the video and be able to switch between these angles. This will mean that if the user switches from video 1 to video 2 at 0:30 video 2 will need to start playing at the same time it was switched. In your bid can you please specify how you plan to do the switching in order to use the least amount of bandwidth. I will provide the design of the video player, I can send you design elements in what ever format you need. I have attached 2 images of the video player and full screen. The video player dimensions need to be close to what the are in the image (720px wide) The video player will need controls for pause/play, progress bar, time elapsed, video length, volume, full screen (screenshot attached) The file format will be FLV and F4V If you have any questions please ask.
