The requirement is for a user interface to allow users to construct checklists consisting of different question types. This object will be used as part of an existing AS3 based user interface. The scope of this project is limited to the development of an AS3 Flash object that implements the graphical aspects of this. There is no requirement to implement any database interface, we will do that. See attached specification. The user interface created must be 100% implemented in AS3, only graphics and simple backgrounds to be loaded from the library.

Please see if your project allows usage of Flex + MXML. I think we can speed up the implementation by reusing existing controls from framework. I have 5 years experience on implementing slot games and other gaming applications on AS2 and AS3. I am eager work on this project. Please kindly consider.
