Convert a flash template into a joomla template with flash

Need to convert this Flash Template currently on [login to view URL] into a joomla template. I Have all the source files including the source for the flash template. Need to take the flash source template and create a flash header in the joomla template that you will create. Flash header and flash menu from original flash template needs to be included into the joomla template. I have relisted this job as no one answered the flash part of the job properly. You must have flash skills to be able to complete this job.
