Corporate Accommodation

I am seeking funding for a corporate accommodation company of $350,000 (Aus) and require someone with experience in raising capital to review the documentation that has been prepared. The basic premise of the venture is to lease residential apartments in the open marketplace and sublet the apartments to corporate visitors wishing to reside in Sydney for 3 - 12 Months. This will suit travellers who prefer having cooking and laundry facilities within their living space as opposed to hotel accommodation that don't offer this services. We are having a website built to take enquiries and believe this market is growing in Australia and the model can be scaled easily based on the leasing/subletting concept vs ownership of all dwellings being let out to the corprate market. I have $200,000 to inject into the venture and require $350,000 to ensure furniture can be purchased to furnish the first 25 apartments. The loan can be paid back in 24 months with interest being paid on a monthly basis to the investor.
